Washington Bullion LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) wants your experience purchasing coins and bullion to be clear, straightforward, and secure. This Ordering and Payment Policy explains how orders placed through our website https://washingtonbullion.com (the “Site”) work, how prices are confirmed, and what payment methods we accept.
1. How Orders Work
All product images on our Site are representative of the items you will receive. Coin and bullion products may vary slightly in appearance from photographs due to the nature of the product — images should be used as a general quality reference, not an exact depiction.
Prices on our Site reflect current market conditions and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price at which your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion, regardless of price confirmation or payment method. This includes any order where a listed price contains a typographical, technical, or system error. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any payment received. Washington Bullion also reserves the right to request additional documentation for certain orders, including certain credit card orders.
Orders placed through the Site have a minimum value of $25.00 and a maximum value of $25,000.00. For orders above that amount, please contact us directly.
Our product listings are subject to stock availability. We work to maintain accurate stock counts, but from time to time a discrepancy may occur and we may be unable to fulfill every item at the time of purchase. In that case we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or to receive a refund for it.
2. Order Confirmation and Price Lock
When you place an order and receive a confirmation number, you have entered into a binding purchase agreement at the confirmed price. Precious metals prices fluctuate continuously, and your confirmed price is locked at the time of order.
Because prices are locked at confirmation and the bullion market is volatile, orders are not eligible for return. If a confirmed order is cancelled, you are responsible for any market loss — the difference between your confirmed price and the current market price based on spot at the time of cancellation — plus a $99.95 cancellation fee. 3. Payment
Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment processes immediately. The prices shown on the Site are our credit and debit card prices.
- PayPal — payment processes immediately.
- ACH / eCheck — allow up to 3 business days to clear. Your order will be held until funds are confirmed.
- Bank Wire and Personal Check — your order is held until funds have cleared.
A 3% cash discount applies to orders paid by ACH, eCheck, bank wire, or personal check. The discount is taken off the listed price and shown as a separate line on your order at checkout.
We do not accept cash on delivery orders.
Orders are entered into our processing queue upon receipt of cleared funds. Credit card, debit card, and PayPal orders are typically queued immediately. Any payment method requiring a clearing period is held until funds are confirmed.
Payment must be submitted within 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders where payment is not received within this window may be cancelled, and the Market Loss Policy may apply.
