By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any posted guidelines or rules applicable to our services. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

4. Products and Pricing
Precious metal prices are subject to market fluctuation and may change frequently. Our product prices are updated regularly to reflect current market conditions. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse service to anyone for any reason.
We source our products from reputable suppliers and refiners, and each item is inspected for authenticity and quality assurance.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, ACH / eCheck, bank wire, and personal check. The prices shown on the Site are our credit and debit card prices, and a 3% cash discount applies to orders paid by ACH, eCheck, bank wire, or personal check. We do not accept cash on delivery orders. Full details are set out in our Ordering and Payment Policy. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion, regardless of price confirmation or payment method, and to request additional documentation for certain orders including certain credit card orders.
6. All Sales Are Final
Due to the volatile nature of the bullion market, we do not accept returns or exchanges. A confirmed order may be cancelled only on payment of any market loss plus a $99.95 cancellation fee. Full details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
By purchasing directly through our Site, you agree not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback and to comply with the dispute resolution procedures listed here. If this agreement is breached and a chargeback is filed, upon a resolution in our favor of the chargeback by the credit card issuing bank, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, or the credit card processor, you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in the research and response involved in the chargeback — including, without limitation, our actual costs paid to our banks, credit card processor, and other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time owners and employees spent, determined in our discretion in good faith.
You agree that all dispute resolution procedures will be deemed waived by you, that those amounts will be added to the original order amount, and that the total amount will immediately be due and payable. If your chargeback is upheld, you agree to pay all of the same costs, including the original purchase price.
8. Shipping
Washington Bullion LLC ships with USPS and UPS, and may choose a different shipping provider at its discretion. We will always do our best to protect your orders and shipments by being discreet with shipping labels and not disclosing or indicating that the contents inside contain precious metals. 9. Refunds and Returns

10. Mobile Messaging Terms
Washington Bullion LLC operates a mobile messaging program. We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages, which may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed four messages per month. We do not charge for these messages, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider.
By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt in and agree to receive recurring mobile messages at that number, even if the number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You confirm the number is a valid mobile number of which you are the owner or authorized user, and agree to notify us promptly if that changes. Participation is voluntary and is not required to make any purchase.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us; reply HELP for support. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request, and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. You understand and agree that this is the only reasonable method of opting out. The program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. Neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected message. We may modify or cancel the program or these terms at any time, effective when posted to our website.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
